Do I Have to Be Home to Receive My Order?
For raw dog food orders, we recommend being home to ensure the items are placed in the freezer promptly, as they are perishable.
If you can’t be home, you can nominate (via the courier’s app) to leave the delivery with a neighbor. Please note, you will be responsible for the condition of the items if left unattended.
Ensure all your delivery details are correct before placing your order, as we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.
